By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Access & Security

If access to course materials is provided through login credentials:

  • You must not share your login details.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if unauthorised sharing is suspected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Telling Designs, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials

  • Videos

  • Workbooks

  • Templates

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Website content

is protected by Australian copyright law and remains the exclusive property of Telling Designs.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Share login credentials

  • Resell or sublicense content

  • Use materials for commercial training or client delivery

  • Upload materials to public or private sharing platforms

Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through third-party providers integrated with Flodesk. We do not store payment details.

Access to courses may be withheld until payment is received in full.

7. Refunds & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, financial results, or personal success.

Your results depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

  • Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telling Designs from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Termination does not affect accrued rights or remedies.
