Positioning Finmec for Growth with Brand and Digital Strategy

This rebrand marked a pivotal evolution for EMS as it transitioned to Finmec — a respected mechanical services and equipment hire business in Port Hedland, WA. The new identity needed to reflect both the company's established credibility and its ambitions for service expansion and market leadership within the regional industrial sector.

The work began with a comprehensive brand overhaul, including naming refinement, visual identity, and brand positioning. From there, it grew into a long-term creative partnership, where I continue to support Finmec as brand guardian, creative director, and photographer.

Working closely with the leadership and HR team, I provide strategic input across brand, marketing, and internal communications. My role supports everything from award submissions to internal alignment and consistent external presentation. Finmec’s growth is steady and considered and the brand now reflects the quality and ambition behind the business.

This project shows the depth of what strategic branding can unlock, not only creating brand recognition, but also enabling stronger culture, clearer communication, and long-term growth support.

In 2024–2025, I led a full-scale website rebuild in collaboration with web developer Ben Smith (Web Smith Studio) and UX/UI designer Taryn (TL Design Co), ensuring a seamless, future-focused brand experience.
