This rebrand was designed to set the foundation for Eat Easy’s next phase
Gradually moving from a local, paediatric-led dietetics practice to a telehealth-first nutrition brand with national reach. The strategy was built to support structured programs, online resources, and a brand system that speaks clearly to both parents and adult clients.
We began with deep brand discovery and market positioning. The focus was on clarity: who the brand is for, how it fits into a crowded space, and how to own a defensible niche. From there, we developed a calm, modern visual identity that reflects the trust and professionalism behind Jess’s approach.
Eat Easy is now positioned as a family-first, evidence-led nutrition brand that covers the full lifecycle, from fertility and pregnancy to postnatal support, paediatrics, and women’s health. The new brand system is designed to scale with her as she launches into structured programs, a paid resource platform, and full-service telehealth across Queensland and beyond.
